If life feels overwhelming or you feel anxious or depressed therapy can help you make more sense of the issues you are facing. I am warm, non-judgemental and empathic and offer a safe space for you to feel fully heard and supported. This can help you come to terms with challenges, recognise your inner strengths and live life more fully.

I offer affordable online therapy and face-to-face counselling in Shepherd's Bush and Ealing, within easy reach of Chiswick, Acton, Hammersmith and Notting Hill.

Whatever you might be going through, whether it be something specific or a more general sense of sadness or dissatisfaction, there's a good chance I can help you discover ways of better managing difficult feelings, and finding a way forward.

I am an acomplished and empathetic therapist and have many years of experience of helping clients with difficulties including:
Child related issues
Cultural issues

Family concerns
Financial worries
Health related issues
Post-traumatic stress
Pregnancy related issues
Self esteem
Sex-related issues
Women's issues
Work related issues

I am a fully qualified BACP registered Humanistic counsellor. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental and confidential space where we can reflect together on things that are happening for you. I work with you to explore your experiences in order to better understand who you are and support you to find greater fulfillment in life. This in turn can help to create better relationships and support you to move away from negative thoughts and behaviours.

As a Humanistic therapist I use different models and techniques to support you. Your experiences are unique to you and we will work together to explore them at your own pace. My warmth and acceptance will help us build a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship where you feel truly heard and understood, even when things in your life may be difficult.

I offer a free initial non-obligatory telephone conversation which gives us the opportunity to talk through the process. We can discuss what you need from therapy and see if I can help. You will be able to ask any questions you may have. Research has shown the effectiveness of counselling depends on the quality of the therapeutic relationship, and we will be able to get a good sense of whether I am the right counsellor for you. If we decide for any reason not to work together I may be able to signpost you to another counsellor, therapist or service to support you.

I offer sessions in a clean, private room in Ealing Common and a quiet studio in Shepherds Bush. Both have good transport links and on-street parking avaialble

My fees for therapy are from £65 - £75. I have a small number of lower cost counselling places available - please do not hesitate to ask about these.

I offer both short and long term therapy depending on your needs and preferences. You can email me at

"Having counselling once a week has helped me a lot. I have been able to begin to heal from painful experiences and feel stronger and more able to be myself. My therapy with Charlotte has been helpful, rewarding, comforting and Charlotte has always been “there” for me. Thank you"

"Therapy with Charlotte has changed how I live. She gave me space to confront things I had kept buried for most of my life. As a result, I found a way to accept and love myself and this has given me peace. Charlotte also helped me not to be afraid of expressing feelings in an authentic way. When I first saw Charlotte, I was stuck in a grief-related depression, and she helped me find tools to move on with my life. So I am very happy to recommend her"

"The good life is a process not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination" Carl Rogers
